1. We will advise you in writing if your application has been successful by 12 May.
2. You will receive your $1,000 grant prior to 26 May. After you provide your bank account details, we will
transfer the funds electronically into this bank account.
3. You will need to provide a report entailing what the grant has enabled your class to do, along with
proof of purchase (email preferred) of any equipment, materials or services. The deadline is
30 October. Supporting materials should be included in the same email. Please send files in pdf, jpg,
gif, tif, Word, Excel and PowerPoint only.
4. Part of the purpose of Unisys Kidz Connect is to celebrate the success of your project. For example,
we may let local news media know about what you’re up to, as example of innovation in New Zealand
classrooms. It’s fun for the kids and great profile for your school. By applying for this grant you agree
to this. See paragraphs 9, 10 and 11 of the Terms and Conditions for further information about our
expectations for grant recipients.
5. If, for any reason, the grant has not been substantially spent by 30 October, you will need to refund the
entire amount to Unisys New Zealand.
