Working with IDG, the leading IT market research firm, Unisys sponsored a series of extensive global research studies focused on IT service delivery practices, and their impact on end-user performance, business objective attainment, and metrics. Our research into the state of IT service delivery created a baseline for the Unisys Sourcing Insights Benchmark – a process that allows you to measure your service delivery practices against industry peers, geographic peers, or the global market. Armed with this insight, you can make better investment decisions, set performance improvement priorities, and establish a reference point to track your progress.

The Unisys Sourcing Insights Program offers four benchmarks for IT service delivery: End User IT Service Delivery, Metrics for IT Service Delivery, Best Practices for IT Service Delivery, and Best Practices for Business Process Service Delivery. Based on your focus area, you can participate in the benchmarks that best support your strategic business objectives. Each web-based survey takes about 15 minutes to complete.

Once we receive your completed survey, Unisys conducts a thorough analysis, comparing your survey responses to various segments, such as country, industry, and IT leaders. As part of our analysis, we develop a detailed report that includes benchmark data charts; relevant observations and comparisons to the research findings; and prescriptive advice based on your benchmark results. Unisys will schedule a comprehensive Sourcing Insights Briefing at your office location within 30 days of receiving your completed survey. During this meeting, a Unisys Sourcing Insights expert will present the final report, and discuss the benchmark findings with you.
