If you have a business-critical application running on a ClearPath MCP server and want to ensure that the application’s recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs) are met, you need the Unisys Business Continuity Accelerator software introduced on ClearPath MCP Release 12.0. Business Continuity Accelerator ensures continuous availability of applications and data by accelerating and automating the process of relocating an application workload and its associated data from a primary server to an alternate server and reinitiating the execution of those applications on an alternate server. Automation reduces the time, the required skill level, and the risk of human error associated with redeploying a workload running on a primary server to an alternate server. Automation also makes the process repeatable and predictable. |
